Hundgestrickt is a word that I invented combining the German words for "dog" and for "knit" making it similar to "handgestrickt" for handknit (think of "houndknit") as that's what this blog is mostly about :-)
This is an actual progress picture of my Aberlady sweater. The back is done, I am nearly at the point where I have to split the front for the neck. Yeah! Wanna get it done in time to wear it this winter! I love it so much.

Oooo it looks like a great pattern - I love squares - I must go look it up on Ravelry!
ReplyDeleteIt is a great pattern, but more of a celtic key pattern, the squares are just so popping up in this picture.
