Hundgestrickt is a word that I invented combining the German words for "dog" and for "knit" making it similar to "handgestrickt" for handknit (think of "houndknit") as that's what this blog is mostly about :-)
Oh my goodness - after just looking at your afternoon walk pictures by clicking on them to enlarge them I decided to try the same thing on the picture of your socks - they look so fabulous! Very squishy and the the flecks of colour are great amid that lovely soft blue! No wonder you are enjoying working on them!
