Not often is it this cold around here. I prefer this dry cold to rain at around 5°C though.
The dog-girls don't like it but old Dingo loves it.
Have a great day everybody!
Here I post about my knitting, my dogs, my garden and other things that keep me busy. Hundgestrickt is a word that I invented combining the German words for "dog" and for "knit" making it similar to "handgestrickt" for handknit (think of "houndknit") as that's what this blog is mostly about :-)
I think it's probably the same here. We also had a tiny 'flurry' of snow yesterday. The cold will last till mid-next-week, then improve...HOORAY.
ReplyDeleteWe are experiencing the cold too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comments about Rufus. I checked out the lovely blog you recommended.
Enjoy your weekend.
Hello Tina! Oh goodness...that's cold for where I live now here in Kansas but in the mountains of British Columbia where I lived for over 30 years...that's just about right although most days were a little warmer. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a message...it's nice to 'meet' you! I'm looking forward to browsing your blog...I saw a few things that you knitted in your other blogs...you're very good at it! I've only knitted a few things in my life but really liked it and I keep telling myself I need to pick up the needles again. One day ;) Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteMaura :)
I think it is similar all over western Europe right now... In northern Germnany and the Netherlands and even in England they even have snow.
ReplyDeleteMaura, you are welcome over here! Get back to knitting and check out ravelry.com. Gives you so much inspiration...
I think by next week I will have had enough of this weather. I seem to get colder and colder.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your visit to my blog and your kind comments. I also love the robin. My husband did not think it was a very good photo but I loved it :) Diane
