My way to 10K - Intervals

exercised distance intervals, 50min total running:
5 min warm up wall
10 run
1 walk
10 run
2 walk
10 run
3 walk
10 run
4 walk
10 run
5 cool down walk

With Bisou and Myrtille and I felt great!!!

  3. After two hot days last week the weekend and start of this week has been cool.
    I run for the shade, too, Cro Magnon, when it gets that hot, and Kath, a run for the ice cream van always counts, though "our" ice cream van stopps right in front of our driveway :-)
