Potatoes

It got colder now (more appropriate for April) and we finally had a bit of rain (and lots of wind) but not enough.
This what I see from our front window these days. In the field across the street will be grown potatoes this year (we already had wheat and beets there). A final plowing, digging the rows, fertilizing, putting in the potatoes and heaping up the soil in one single go:

  5. Katie, we need some rain, too! Everything is so dried out. I the garden we can water the plants but what about nature???
