On My way to 5K

I'm on my way to 5K! exercised 35min total, 20min running, 10min max run, and got the Athlete badge.
Add five minutes walk until I had decided to run and about eight more minutes in the end until I was home again as I did this as my afternoon "walk" with the girls.
