My Way to 10K

exercised 53min total, 40min running, 20min max run, and got the 10K Beginner badge.

With Myrtille and Bisou and I felt great and we all had fun. Now back home I am having some pasta with homemade bear leek and walnut pesto while the girls are play-fighting intensely and loudly on the living-room area-rug. Unbelievable, this power :-)


  1. walnut pesto sounds nice. I have not seen that. I do like aubergine pesto, I often have that.
    Come to think of it, I haven't had pasta for months....I must be due a big plateful!

  2. Tina you are doing great with your training, I love the fact your canine companions have fun too. The meal afterwards sounds well deserved. :)

  3. I have to put my mind to exercise, I am watching the scales crawl slowly up!! I just hate going out on cold windy days which is what we are having at the moment...... Diane

  4. I make my classic Pesto with Walnuts instead of Pine Nuts... I don't grow Pine Nuts, but do grow Walnuts!!!
